Our first residential project was launched in 2008 with a land plot area of around 18 feddans in New Cairo with 20% for villas and 60% for landscape and greenery. The project was developed in a collaboration with Sabbour Developments. The vibes of warmth and affinity are overcoming the surroundings of the village within the safe neighborhood where children can go out to play freely. To make life easier for our people we make sure that comfort is an essential key in our concept for them to spend more time at home and relax in a perfectly fine experience of living with a unique Victorian design.
